Mark has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Iowa State University.  While at ISU Mark was a team member of the legendary Cyclone Wrestling Program.  He became certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 1999.  Mark specializes in body fat reduction and sports conditioning.  He also has extensive knowledge in nutrition, corrective exercise and stretching tecniques.  Mark works with all ages and fitness levels.

Angela has a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Merchandising, Design and Production with an emphasis in Design from Iowa State University.  Angela has won many awards for her designs.  She was recently a finalist in the Mall of America "Final Cut" competition.  She has worked for several major wedding manufacturers in both production and design.  Angie specializes in creating custom wedding gowns that transition as the bride's special day progresses.  She also makes custom pieces for almost any other occasion.
